| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to use datasets from ADNI that include rs-fMRI, DTI and ASL in human Alzheimer's Disease patients that have also undergone cognitive testing to compare what we learn from our mouse model studies to the human datasets. I would also like to use the human datasets to see if we can develop a predictive machine learning model based on our outputs from mouse studies. |
