| Proposed Analysis: | This analyses will identify prognostic and predictive subtypes, using subtype discovery methods currently being developed. Subtype discovery simultaneously clusters patients by their baseline characteristics as well as their outcomes. Clusters are then described in terms of interpretable profiles that can be used to describe responding subtypes and enrollment populations. |
