| Proposed Analysis: | Previous studies have found that radiomics features could predict MCI progression to AD and discriminate cognitively normal subjects (CN) from MCI using radiomics, with, in some cases, with higher performance than brain morphometric features. This difference in performance may indicate that radiomics capture brain pathological changes underlying disease process, in contrast to morphometric data. The main of this study is to find radiomics biomarkers of cognitive decline. |
