| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to build up a systems biology model of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and use the neuroimaging and CSF data as validation. Specifically, with this ADNI data, we want to investigate how the discrepancy between CSF and PET biomarkers evolves under complex neuropathological events. I have published several papers on AD topics using biological modeling and machine learning approaches. |
