| Proposed Analysis: | EEG：EEG spectrum analysis, ERP analysis, microstate analysis, time-frequency analysis. MRI: ALFF, fALFF, FNC, Brain functional connection, Multimodal brain network, DTI, ASL. Machine learning. We currently want to conduct a study on a multimodal fusion early warning system for Alzheimer's disease in a normal population, patients with subjective cognitive decline, patients with mild cognitive decline, and patients with early Alzheimer's disease. The research content is to evaluate the early neurobiological characteristics of Alzheimer's disease through multi-dimensional examination such as electroencephalogram, multi-modal magnetic resonance data and PET image, and construct a multi-modal fusion warning model, and verify the performance of this model through machine learning model. This is a cross-sectional study aimed at early detection of the neurobiological features of Alzheimer's disease for early diagnosis. |
