| Proposed Analysis: | We designed a deep neural network structure that incorporates the treatment information in parameter update, so that it can be applied to causal inference. We also proposed an algorithm for variable selection and neural network structure selection for such deep neural network to adapt the network to high-dimensional causal inference. We hope to use our algorithm to analyze ADNI dataset to demonstrate the performance of our model, and provide empirical insight for the scientific problem from the perspective of causal inference. |
