Proposed Analysis:	We would like to investigate into biomarker discovery for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease. Our plan is to train Variational Autoencoder Modular Bayesian Networks with imaging data and data on cognition scores from ADNI together with pathway impact scores of various immune-related SNPs in order to discover potential biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease.
