| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to develop an integrative decision framework to diagnose Alzheimer's disease based on different kinds of data (neuropsychological data, gene data, MRI, PET etc.). For multimodal data integration, we want to test several algorithms, including bayesian networks and random forests. We would be very grateful for getting access to ADNI data. |
