Proposed Analysis: | While chances to discover how genetic variations impact brain structures and brain-related diseases are thus created, methods for analysis of high-dimensional imaging and genetic data are still suffering computational challenges. Traditional multivariate regression approaches are approximation-based to replace the complex coefficient matrix with a low rank matrix, which ignores the potential efficiency gains from structures of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). My group is trying to present a new group sparse regression to make up for the drawbacks. |
