Proposed Analysis: At present, Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a relatively common and high incidence disease among middle-aged and elderly people. However, current therapeutic drugs can only delay the progression of AD lesions as much as possible, but cannot fundamentally cure AD patients. Structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI), a common test used to diagnose AD, can clearly observe changes in brain tissue structure. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of sMRI in various brain regions of patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and AD, to study the longitudinal changes of brain structure in the progression of AD by using machine learning methods, and to find characteristic indicators, so as to provide help for early diagnosis.
