| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student at PolyU. I am applying for my research thesis: correlation between DNA sequence and MRI data. My research interests are in GWAS. I think the DNA sequence expression and phenotype, like MRI, have a regional correlation. I aim to find the correlation using the machine learning method. Since many types of research of AD have been done in biology and statistic, I can easily get the ground truth and compare with my results to show the accuracy of my method. Hope I could get the paired MRI dataset and DNA sequence data. |
