| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer's disease is a progressive form of dementia that results in problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Despite significant progress in finding biomarkers associated with behavioral deficits, the underlying causal mechanism remains largely unknown. Here we aim to propose a new methodology to investigate whether and how hippocampus atrophy contributes to behavioral deficits based on a large-scale observational study conducted by ADNI. The data we need concludes the clinical, genetic, imaging and behavioral measures in the ADNI dataset. We hope to obtain relevant data to help us conduct research and analysis, thank you very much. |
