| Proposed Analysis: | We are writing to request access to the ADNI data for our research study. The purpose of our study is to build a risk analysis system for medical use. To achieve our research aim, we propose to analyze the following data from the ADNI database: ADNI2. We will also incorporate any relevant clinical and demographic data that may be available. We plan to use the following statistical analyses to examine the relationship between multimodal clinical and MRI data and the risk of AD. We will ensure that all data will be handled securely and in accordance with relevant privacy and confidentiality regulations. The results of our study will be disseminated through publication in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at scientific conferences. Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the opportunity to use the ADNI data to advance our understanding of applying machine learning in medical risk. |
