| Proposed Analysis: | I am a double Master's degree student at both Politecnico di Milano and Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and I am doing my Master Thesis research on the topic of 3D convolutional neural networks and their explainability. The ADNI dataset seems to be a good benchmark for evaluation of such models (papers that use it: https://arxiv.org/abs/2212.04528, https://arxiv.org/abs/1803.02544, https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8703035, https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S235291481830176X). I am mostly interested in Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and healthy control (CN) data. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with an access to the data. |
