| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to carry out a network analysis by using ADNI fMRI data, inspired by existing work using ANDI2 project data to investigate the functional connectivity of brain networks. Specific research aims include but not limited to those listed below: 1. Use advanced methods (e.g., Bayesian modeling and deep learning) to construct brain networks; 2. Develop novel graph metrics with applications to (weighted) brain networks (extending classical definitions of hubs and clustering coefficients for example); 3. Investigate the association between cognition and functional connectivity using network analysis methods. |
