Proposed Analysis:	Our aim is to elucidate novel molecular biomarkers associated with glucose metabolism that might serve to define high-risk individuals and to identify novel potential drug targets for AD/dementia. We will use ADNI datasets to validate the ongoing analysis using UK Biobank GWAS and Transcriptomic wide association study(TWAS).
