| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to perform multimodal data analysis by combining diffusion and functional magnetic resonance imaging data (dMRI and fMRI). More specifically, the data would be processed to obtain connectivity matrices from both sources, then the fMRI signals will be projected to the structural connectivity matrices using the graph signal processing framework. Afterwards, we would like to perform diverse methods of feature extraction for classification between patients having Alzheimer's disease (AD) and controls, then potentially between patients who are going through different stages of AD. Deep learning methods with graph convolutional networks might be investigated later. |
