Proposed Analysis:	I am looking to investigate if staging patients with Alzheimer's disease and epilepsy based on progression of changes in T1W MRI and DTI can be predicted/associated with genectic variation. I would therefore require pre-processed crossectional T1W MRI and DTI data, age, sex, ICV and survival covaraites, and genotype data.
