Proposed Analysis: The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of neuropsychiatric symptoms on performance on complex and basic activities of daily living in the entire continuum between healthy cognitive aging and dementia. This main question will be approached with a twofold strategy: 1. Impact of different neuropsychiatric symptoms (e.g. depressive symptoms, anxiety) on complex and basic activities of daily living in cognitively healthy individuals, people with eMCI, people with lMCI, people with dementia due to AD 2. Impact of different neuropsychiatric symptoms on complex and basic activities of daily living in people with different constellations of biomarkers based on the A/T/N classification schema. The analytical endeavours will be based on regression models and machine learning techniques. For performing these analyses demographic, clinical, neuropsychological, diagnostic and biomarker data are needed.
