| Proposed Analysis: | My team purposes to use mRNA data in a study for a uniform comparison of mRNA vs miRNA data for diagnosis. This will be done by using uniform datasets and algorithms to test performance of the classification algorithms and gauge the best pair of algorithms and dataset. From their further insight will be sought on the differentially expressed genes. |
