Proposed Analysis:	There is a bi-directional association between epilepsy and cognitive decline.And the amyloid-β forms part of a shared pathway between them. Our study aim to: 1.longitudinally observe and compare the characteristics and patterns of amyloid-β deposition in the brain of patients with epilepsy and varying degrees of cognitive decline; 2.Explore biomarkers that can stratify risk of cognitive decline in epilepsy patients. The data from the ADNI queue will be used for external validation in the analysis.
