| Proposed Analysis: | The purpose of our use of this dataset is to produce scientific research concerning the way functional brain networks change through time. We have ample experience developing methods for network inference and information flow in time-series and in community detection in complex networks. Our goal is to utilize and expand methodologies for longitudinal analysis of network-wide changes in fMRI data. We aim to uncover the dynamics and the driving mechanisms of changing network measures over the course of development. This research will be performed at the University of Calgary and downloaded data will be stored locally in a server only accessible by me and a graduate student (Emma Garrison), complying with University guidelines for data usage, storage, and deletion. |
