| Proposed Analysis: | The goal of my study is to implement a 3D-CNN which is able to classify depressed patients and healthy control using sMRI. Since the dataset I'm using is very limited, I would need to use Transfer Learning and the ADNI Dataset as the pre-training dataset. The two datasets should be quite similar, and so will be their high-level features. This could result in better representative features for my model |
