Proposed Analysis:	We are looking for lipids that are higher in APOE4 carriers than APOE3 carriers from CSF in control and AD patient samples. Specifically, we are trying to identify a lipidomic profile in APOE4 carriers that can be used as a biomarker panel for target engagement in an upcoming clinical trial.
