| Proposed Analysis: | I am working on a paper on Statistical Shape Modeling and want to evaluate my existing model on different datasets, in particular the ADNI dataset. With more datasets, the evaluation of the model becomes more robust and so it gets more likely that the proposed paper gets accepted. I will create meshes from the MRI images, train a shape model on this dataset and compare metrics against other baselines. |
