Proposed Analysis:	I am currently working on a subject called "A study of the blood-brain-barrier related mechanism of APOE genotype on the risk of AD development". The first part of my subject is using the MRI images of AD patients with different genotypes of APOE to analyze the differential permeability of the blood-brain- barrier in different APOE gene carriers. What's more, I am looking for AD biomarkers associated with the APOE gene and then verify in Chinese people blood or CSF. And then my plan is analyzing the specific mechanisms of APOE gene effect the risk of AD.
