Proposed Analysis: We intend to study whether the cerebellar cognitive function of Alzheimer's patients is affected. We will analyze and compare the imaging data of normal people and Alzheimer's patients through a software DSIstudion which can focus on examining the connections of cerebellar cognitive fibers to determine whether there are abnormalities in cognitive function.By comparing the altered fibers associated with cognitive function, we can also correlate it with the allen brain atlas to find the genes involved and explore the imaging transcriptomic evidence associated with cognitive change.
