| Proposed Analysis: | I propose to use this dataset as a healthy control group in the study of methods for automatically detecting focal cortical dysplasias in MRI scans of epilepsy patients. I will be performing several analytical methods including Brain Morphometry and Deep Learning to aid the clinical evaluation of these dysplasias, hopefully leading to a higher surgical success rate. Although my thesis is in collaboration with a specific hospital and a dataset will be provided, having more data with which to measure/train my models would be very beneficial. Thank you. |
