Proposed Analysis: We are a group of graduate students. Our class is called "Applications of Machine Learning for Medical Data." We hope to use the fMRI dataset to apply machine learning methods for classification of Alzheimer's. More specifically, our intent is to create a connectome graph from the fMRI data and train a graph neural network model using this data. This will be compared to other models we will train to see if we can make use of the structural properties of the data. These other models are still to be decided, but we will probably use a transformer based vision model as a baseline.

Proposed Analysis: The goal is to attempt to make use of the structural aspect of the brain using a Graph Neural Network on the fMRI data for classification. This will be compared to a baseline vision transformer model.
