| Proposed Analysis: | The data will be used to create a model which can recognize Alzheimer’s Disease. The MRI will be edited to a uniform format with noise reduction and smoothing, then they are used to extract textural features of hippocampus. The textural features will be described as gray-level co-occurrence matrix and processed into other specific data, which are used to train the classifier. LightGBM, random forest and logistic regression are used to select features and classify AD. |
