Proposed Analysis: Exploring the mysteries of the brain is one of the most challenging frontier scientific issues and the ultimate challenge for mankind. According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, brain diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, autism and depression, are among the largest disease burdens in the world. With the increasing trend of population aging, the incidence rate and mortality of brain diseases are still rising year by year. At present, there is no effective cure for most brain diseases. Early detection and early intervention are considered to be the most effective means to prevent and treat brain diseases. A large number of studies have shown that brain network analysis can assist experts in finding brain abnormalities at an earlier stage than clinical measurement. At the same time, the development of various neuroimaging technologies, such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), electroencephalogram (EEG), etc., provides the measurement methods of functional connectivity, and the experimental data is significantly increased, providing convenience for brain network research. We hope that we can use the HCP data set to conduct experiments and jointly explore the problem of human brain disease.
