Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is multifaceted and its heterogeneous phenotypic manifestation across cognition, pathology. Recent advancements in single-cell genomics and large-scale genetic studies provide excellent opportunities to map the molecular and genetic basis underlying cell-type-specific transcriptional changes in AD. In our recent study, we have prioritized the AD risk genes for each major brain cell type, including four vascular cell types and microglia. To further investigate the association between cell-type-specific dysregulated AD risk genes and multiple phenotypes (image, cognition and pathology), we request to access ADNI for expanding the datasets and data types and build machine learning and deep learning algorithms to better integrate the information from multimodality datasets. |
