| Proposed Analysis: | We propose a brain network analysis model based on deep learning for AD diagnosis and biomarker detection. First, based on the same brain atlas, we construct structural and functional networks from sMRI and fMRI data, respectively. Secondly, we used deep learning to extract essential features from the structural and functional network. Finally, we train a GCN and use it in binary classification task. |
