Proposed Analysis:	I am carrying out a study to understand whether variants of the p75NTR and ADAM17 genes represent genetic risk factors for the development of Alzheimer's disease. I would like to consult the database to obtain imaging data and see if the presence of polymorphisms in the aforementioned genes correlates with brain atrophy, beta-amyloid levels and other biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease.
