Proposed Analysis: | We propose a study on the use of machine learning to classify the severity of dementia using nuclear medical imaging. In our trial, AD, MCI, and NC subjects acquire ECD SPECT imaging. We hope to obtain the FDG PET images and MRI images of AD, MCI, and NC subjects in the ADNI database, and compare and analyze the differences in brain region characteristics of different nuclear medicine images simultaneously. In the regression analysis, it is also necessary to obtain the results of other cognitive function tests (such as: MMSE, CASI, AB positive) of the subjects, so as to further guide the machine learning to correctly distinguish the severity. |
