| Proposed Analysis: | Our study plan was to calculate SSGSEA metabolic pathway pair differences based on experimental data, from which potential priority metabolic pathways were screened by machine learning approach. Based on the transcriptome data of the control group and the experimental group, the survival differences of potential genes in patients with Alzheimer's disease were investigated.
