| Proposed Analysis: | My research focuses on the problem of FDR control on a DAG structure with a hierarchical hypothesis test. The main work is to propose an algorithm to realize the goal as said before. In the data analysis section, I'd like to use ADNI data to analyze the effect of my algorithm on exploring the association between brain regions and Alzheimer’s disease. |
