Proposed Analysis: We aim to investigate the relationship between changes in brain connectivity and cognitive decline in individuals with Alzheimer's disease by using magnetic resonance imaging data to measure changes in brain connectivity over time in both Alzheimer's disease and control groups. Additionally, we will use cognitive data to assess cognitive decline in individuals with Alzheimer's disease. We will employ advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, such as linear mixed-effects models, to analyze the data and identify potential biomarkers of disease progression. This analysis has the potential to provide valuable insights into the underlying mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease and can inform the development of more effective diagnostic and treatment strategies.
