| Proposed Analysis: | Analyze ADNI fMRI dataset using our Neural Topographic Factor Analysis (NTFA) method. We have seen this method reveal age-anxiety correlation in an unsupervised manner and are interested in seeing if this (and potentially other correlations) can be seen/replicated in a dataset with older population and how those correlations differ in controls vs AD population. |
