| Proposed Analysis: | I am conducting my Masters of Computer Science dissertation and propose to use ADNI data for the development of an interpretable multi-modal Machine Learning model for the early detection of AD. The model would use multiple modalities including lab results, genetic data (SNPs) and PET scans, and potentially other data. The model would be both inherently interpretable by using a case based reasoning layer and provide an interpretable output which provides an explanation for its categorisation in the form of comparative cases. |
