| Proposed Analysis: | FBP PET scans were acquired over 20 min starting 50 min after an intravenous bolus injection of approximately 370 MBq of radiotracer and reconstructed to yield four time frames of 5 min each. A composite of whole cerebellum, brainstem/pons, and eroded subcortical white matter was used as the reference region to compute SUVR images given that it yields more accurate longitudinal change measurements compared to other reference regions and might also perform better in cross-sectional settings since it addresses issues that might stem from participant positioning within the scanner’s field of view. |
