Active Investigations

Proposed Analysis:	We will re-analyze the ADNI dataset and integrate it to other public datasets. Specifically, we will reproduce biomarkers proposed in one dataset in the combined dataset leaving that data set out. We will also cluster the combined dataset and the results will be tested for heterogeneity.All of this analysis will allow us to increase or reduce support for prior findings associated with biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease. Our ongoing project's experiment design may benefit from the success of this study.
