Proposed Analysis:	I am a Ph.D. student in statistics. I plan to use statistical models and machine learning tools to analyze both the MRI and genetic data of ADNI. Specifically, I will use PCA to decompose the functional brain connectivity and compare the components with significant SNPs associated with AD. I will also explore different preprocessing methods for both the MRI and genetic data.
