| Proposed Analysis: | I'm planning to use ADNI data to explore explainable AI. I read some papers and they have made some really interesting attempts, which inspires my idea. And some of them used ADNI to validate their idea. I want to reimplement their results and use ADNI to test my ideas. More specifically, I'd like to use MRI images from ADNI and construct a variant of GAN to identify the most prominent structural changes in AD progression. |
