| Proposed Analysis: | We hypothesize there are unique fingerprints of NMR metabolomics that are indicative of Alzheimer's Disease diagnostic variables, such as cognition scores. We will investigate the associations between AD-related phenotypes and NMR metabolomics using parametric and non-parametric statistical tests depending on the normality of the responses, including t-tests, univariate correlation testing, and mannwhitney U tests. |
