| Proposed Analysis: | To dear examiners： I am a postgraduate student from the Key Laboratory of Molecular Biology of Guizhou Medical University. My name is Chen Huilin, because my research direction is about Alzheimer's disease. My research topic is the influence of tau protein, a biomarker of Alzheimer's disease, on nuclear function. Due to the need of the research topic, I am eager to apply for the permission to use the ADNI database, so that I can obtain the clinical, imaging, genetic and biochemical biomarker data related to Alzheimer's disease (AD) that I need for experimental research, and apply the new diagnostic methods at the earliest possible stage (the stage where intervention is likely to be most effective).
