| Proposed Analysis: | I wish to access deidentified summary statistics from the largest AD case control structural MRI neuroimaging analysis examining cortical measures that demonstrate differential morphology in patients with AD vs without. I will then use the neuroimaging TWAS method to examine if these AD-associated endophenotypes are causally impacted by dysregulation of AD-associated genes. gene-imaging associations will be filtered using a modified bonferroni correction. |
