Proposed Analysis: | According to one study, CNN has been used for Alzheimer's disease classification and achieved good results in terms of classification accuracy [2]. Another study stated that CNN-QR, a CNN-based model, can be more efficient than Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) in some cases, and could be used for time series forecasting tasks such as predicting the progression of Alzheimer's disease [3]. I could not find any information about GCN being used for Alzheimer's disease prediction. However, GCN has been used for disease prediction in other contexts, such as identifying potential drug targets for COVID-19 [4]. Overall, while I could not find a research report specifically on the prediction of Alzheimer's disease using both CNN and GCN, there have been studies that have used CNN for Alzheimer's disease classification and forecasting, and GCN for disease prediction |
