| Proposed Analysis: | We have identified novel fiber tracts that are involved in memory through high definition tractography and fiber microdissections. The volume of these fiber tracts declines with aging. We would like to study these fiber tracts in patients with memory deficits. Correlation of specific fiber tracts with Alzheimer disease might potentially identify DBS targets that will lead to less side effects and improved clinical outcomes |
