| Proposed Analysis: | I am writing to request permission to use ADNI data for my upcoming thesis research. My research will encompass three main objectives. Firstly, I will analyze the risk of progression from Cognitively Normal (CN) or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) to Dementia due to Alzheimer's disease, considering various factors such as biomarkers, age, and other relevant variables. Secondly, I intend to perform deep learning analysis on neuroimaging data to extract non-trivial insights related to Alzheimer's disease. Finally, I aim to compare Alzheimer's disease patients from the United States and Australia to identify any differences between these two populations. |
